When my schedule task run the program will hang I will get this error in event viewer.

Discription:

Hanging application xxxx.exe, version 0.0.0.0, hang module

I want to know if you can help me resolve this issue.

There have many conditions is able to trigger the event 1002 occur, the current information is difficult to determine the exact reason, in most troubleshooting case we can first try to clean up the disk or reinstall the application then monitor the issue again, but if you want to perform the further research that issue need a memory dump analysis and I would like to suggest that you contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist with you.

You can refer the following KB to get ow to perform the disk clean up.

Disk Cleanup option on drive’s general properties and cleanmgr.exe is not present in Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2 by default

Всем доброго времени суток.Буду очень признателен за помощь в решении проблемы,т.к. своими силами справиться не могу.
В процессе игры у меня это Heroes of the storm и far cry 3,она вылетает на рабочий стол с зависанием звука и помогает только ее снятие через диспетчер задач. Выдает следующюю ошибку

В журнале стабильности КАЖДОМУ зависанию игры предшествует аппаратная ошибка видео,при открытии записи ошибки-ссылка на 3 временных файла содержащих сведения об этой проблеме.

Готов предоставить любую дополнительную инфу по данной проблеме.

Дополню:так же установлена игра dayling lights и crysis 3-работает стабильно,вылетов нет.

Hundreds of Error Event 1002, Application Hang

Windows Update installed Version 1803 of Windows 10 Home on my Dell XPS 8300 desktop computer on May 15. Four days later I did my usual weekly maintenance which included deleting unneeded files with CCleaner and removing registry errors using Auslogics Registry Cleaner. Ever since then I’ve been recording hundreds of Error 1002, Application Hang, in my log for apps including Microsoft.Photos, Calculator, Search and Cortana Application, Settings, Microsoft Edge, LockApp, Windows Shell Experience Host, SearchUI, Store, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar. There are often as many as five of these errors logged within a single minute, and in the last 10 hours there have been a total of 240. I don’t really notice it much when I’m using the computer, except that booting up is very sluggish, and Cortana and the Start button often won’t respond. But it obviously needs fixing.

I’ve run both an SFC scan and a DISM scan, and neither one found any issues. I’ve verified that the problem doesn’t occur when I start Windows in safe mode. But when I did a clean boot, the problem was still there, even when I disabled Windows services as well as non-Windows services (I had no restore points saved in the new Windows version anyway).

So what do I do now? How do I find the culprit which is still running after the clean boot but is not running in safe mode? Or what else should I try?

Using Registry cleaners have a high chance of making your registry entries to be removed permanently. They are unrecoverable especially if you didn’t backup them before cleaning. Hence, it will affect your whole operating system badly.

Changing or tampering with the Registry affects all built-in apps, settings, and interface of an operating system. If you are not completely sure what you are touching or cleaning on the Registry entries, you will not be able to notice the other impacts of these changes to your computer.

This means that a third-party application such as this has no assurance or knowledge of the impact of what it can do to your Registry at all since they didn’t make Windows in the first place.

The only resolution to resolve these are: to revert the changes, going back to the restore point, or use the original registry backup file if you have made one. As a last resort, you will need to have a clean installation of Windows 10 .

In the future, if you have plans to make changes to your registry, we strongly suggest making a backup of all your original registry files. To do this, visit this link: How to back up and restore the registry in Windows for instructions. Using SFC and DISM tools will not help since it can only scan, detect, and restore system files.

Probably, you will end up performing a reset for your computer to refresh files, settings, and components of Windows 10. In this way, your system will go back to its clean state.
