Super Mario World
Description
Super Mario World is a 1990 side-scrolling platform game developed and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). The story follows Mario’s quest to save Princess Toadstool and Dinosaur Land from the series antagonist Bowser and his minions, the Koopalings. The gameplay is similar to that of earlier Super Mario games: Players control Mario or his brother Luigi through a series of levels in which the goal is to reach the flagpole at the end. Super Mario World introduced Yoshi, a dinosaur who can eat enemies and gain abilities by eating the shells of Koopa Troopas. (Wikipedia)

How to Save: Hover over the game canvas. A save button will appear at the top of the game screen. When you click «Save» button, the save code (spot) will be saved onto your browser’s storage system automatically.
How to Load: Come back anytime in the future, simply click «Load» to resume from your latest save spot. (Assuming you did not clear your browser’ data.
CAUTION:: Browser’s private mode WILL NOT retain your save state, because save state is deleted once the browser is closed, so don’t use private mode if you want to use the save state.

- 1-UP Mushroom: Un champiñón verde que te da una vida extra
- Fire flower: Una flor que te convierte en Mario de fuego o Luigi de fuego y te permite lanzar bolas de fuego
- Super Star: Una estrella que te hace invencible temporalmente
- Cape Feather: Una pluma que te otorga una capa que te permite planear en las caídas y volar cogiendo una breve carrerilla
- Power Ballon: Un globo que te permite flotar durante un breve periodo de tiempo
- Yoshi´s Wings: Unas alas que le dan a Yoshi la habilidad de volar
¿Quién fue el encargado de desarrollar esta maravilla?
El Super Mario World original fue dirigido por Takashi Tezuka y producido por Shigeru Miyamoto, padre de las sagas de Super Mario y The Legend of Zelda, para Nintendo. Fue el primer juego de la serie de Mario para la consola SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System), junto a la que se lanzó en 1990 en Japón y posteriormente en el resto del mundo.
En este juego hace su primera aparición Yoshi, el pequeño dinosaurio verde que permite a Mario montar sobre y él y avanzar mucho más rápido por Dinosaur Land. Miyamoto declaró que desde la producción del primer Super Mario Bros, deseaba incluir un dinosaurio que fuera compañero de Mario durante toda la aventura.
Desde su salida, el juego se convirtió en un éxito de ventas con más de 20 millones de copias vendidas por todo el mundo. Y ha sido relanzado y remasterizado numerosas veces para posteriores consolas de Nintendo, convirtiéndolo en uno de los grandes títulos de la saga y de los más queridos por los jugadores.
