Huawei Mobile Partner is a very useful mobile phone management software for Windows PC that can transfer a large number of mobile phone functionalities to the desktop of your home or work PC. Originally developed in the early 2000s by Huawei Corporation, this small PC app served as one of the best ways to transfer mobile phonebook to your PC. As years went on, It was upgraded significantly, gaining the support for audio and video calling in 2009 and as of recently even the more advanced features such as text messaging, GPS data sharing, USSD messaging, detailed statistic about phone usage, and even streamlined access to the phone’s USB modem feature and Link-up Modems. With this last feature, PC users can effortlessly share the phone’s own internet connection, that is provided by your cell tower operator no matter if its 3G, 4G, or even 5G.
After more than a decade and a half on the market, Huawei Mobile Partner has grown into a very capable mobile phone management and data sharing application that can instantly link up with any model of Huawei phones that were released to sell. At the time of writing of this review, the latest available version of this popular app was dated from 2017.
Installation and Use
Huawei Mobile Partner is not distributed to the public inside a traditional automated installer. Instead, you can download it as a compressed RAR archive that you need to unpack inside any directory on your local storage. Management of RAR files is not supported by default on modern Windows OS, which means you will need to seek 3rd party applications that can handle the manipulation of these (and many other types of) compressed archives. Out of many popular applications online, we recommend WinRAR.
The use of compressed archives for handling app distribution has one positive and one negative aspect. As a plus, this means that the Huawei Mobile Partner is a fully portable app, which means that you can even unpack it and use it from your portable USB stick on any PC that you have access to. On the flip side, this portability means that you will not have access to an automated uninstaller. To uninstall this app, you will have to manually delete its directory on your local storage.
Once inside the app you will be welcomed with the streamlined interface that immediately promotes access to useful tools such as phone contacts, audio/video calls, USSD messaging, and more. As for sharing of internet connection, this area of the app is especially fleshed out, with a special “Track Data Usage” popup window where you can set your billing type, data limit size, and monthly billing day.

Уважаемые пользователи, если ваш модем работает с сим-картой только одного оператора, то после прошивки Dashboard он не станет работать с любыми сим-картами. Чтобы модем работал с сим-картами любого оператора, его надо разблокировать (разлочить).

Обратите внимание, что программа HUAWEI Modem 3.5 не полностью универсальна, и поддерживает работу не со всеми модемами HUAWEI.

If you have already used Huawei dongle, then you will be must aware about its software, that is called Huawei Mobile Partner. Huawei’s mobile partner comes with essential drivers which need to run your modem properly. Without proper drivers, your data card can not be used. Earlier, we had shared with you Huawei Mobile Partner 23.015.02.00.03 for Windows 8.1 & Mac 10.10.
Unlike the another company, Huawei understands the global market and keep releasing compatible tool, when a new operating system arrives in the market. Recently Windows 10 launched and Huawei made its compatible software version 23.015.11.01.983. The firm has also released for Mac 10.11, which setup file is different. How to install Huawei Mobile Partner 23.015.11.01.983 in your computer / laptop ?
1. Start Installer and select language and click “OK” button.
2. Click on “Next” button to proceed with the installation.
3. Click on “Install” button to proceed with the installation.
4. Browse install location path and click on “Next” button to proceed with the installation. By default, it will be installed in the installation directory of your Windows OS.
5. Click “Finish” button to complete the installation.
6. After installation finish, the dashboard will start automatically.
