CDROM HP DVD_A__DS8A9SH

CD/DVD Rom, not working in Windows 10 Home — 64 bit , hardware present.

Driver Provider: Microsoft

Driver Date: 21/06/2006

Driver Version: 10.0.14393.0

CD rom present, will not play or burn dc/dvd.

Have tried regedit, BIOS, driver update, reinstall but still not working.

Any solutions — would appreciate.
