Diagnostics Troubleshooting Wizard ScriptedDiagFailure

So I have been getting a bunch of ScriptedDiagFailures lately with my Diagnostics Troubleshooting Wizard. I don’t get these errors when I try to diagnose devices, but I seem to get error reports whenever I try to diagnose stuff like BITS and Microsoft Apps (no errors, just windows error reportings in the information section of my event viewer). If it wasn’t for the fact that I looked in the events log I wouldn’t even know this happens because it looks like the diagnostics run without having any problems.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Method 1 :

Perform System File Checker (sfc) scan.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

To perform SFC Scan, refer to the below link:

Note: Steps mentioned for Windows 8/8.1, will work fine with Windows 10.

Method 2: Clean boot.

I request you to place the computer in Clean boot and check if it helps.

A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows. You may also troubleshoot or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.

WER ScriptedDiagFailure &#x000a in Windows 10

Hi Folks, there are issues when trying to play World of Warcraft on this PC. I have upgraded to Windows 10 and all other applications are working fine. When running MSinfo32, there are a number of errors reported:

WER NetworkDiagnosticsFrameworkV3 &#x000a

Thanks for your interest in helping, it has been a long road but I am determined to find out what it is.

The issue when playing World of Warcraft are disconnects. There is no error message displayed, just that you have been disconnected. Disconnecting in the middle of play is not a good thing.

Important to note that I have a laptop with Windows 7 that is WiFi connected and the game installed with no connection issues pointing further to something in the desktop system. I also direct connected the laptop to rule out ethernet port issues with the router / modem. The desktop system with the issues is direct connected ethernet to the router / modem and the ethernet is integrated into the motherboard. I also have ATT Uverse as the ISP.

I will list the things I have tried so you can get a sense of what has been done and why my focus on the error reporting on MSinfo.

Reloaded windows 10
IPconfig reset. renew and flushdns
netsh ipwinsock reset
updated every driver as the only outside component on the system is the video card which is a Nvidia Geoforce 9800GT. I rolled that driver back to the Aug 2015 release as I read it could affect the NDF error reported. I did that on 1/13 and the error did not appear on the MSinfo run today, 1/15.
Replaced Router/Modem twice
Made changes to Windows firewall and Norton 360 firewall to open ports 3724 and 1119 for incoming in both TCP and UDP.
Uninstalled Norton 360 and replaced it with Kaspersky Total Security
Opened the ports described above in Kaspersky
Shut down Kaspersky and problem remained
installed Malwarebytes, CCleaner, Hitmanpro and AdwCleaner. Run each in both safe mode and regular and removed any cookies, same problem.
Deleted Game files and reloaded
Deleted network adapter and allowed Windows to reload
Ran SFC Scan multiple times including this morning and it does not find any integrity violations
Have run MSconfig and used selective boot to stop unnecessary services from running
Have installed WinMTR to check ip issues with packet loss, no real indications this was an issue
Have run both tracert and pathping without any real issues identified. Laptop working off the same router / modem and ISP sort of discounts ISP or router issues.
Have installed a wireless USB device and connected wirelessly to rule out the onboard ethernet port as well as the router / modem ethernet port. Same issue occurs with disconnects.
Have run MSinfo multiple times and the ScriptError and PNP Generic Driver found is mysterious and my last lead at the moment.

I think that is the major point and why the request to the group as there is something curious occurring. I really appreciate your insight and help and can supply MSinfo if that is requested.

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth и sfc /scannow делал.
Причем dism заканчивает проверку вот так[===========================84.9%================= ] The restore operation completed successfully.

Проверял диск С на ошибки, чистил диск С по барабану, из не приятного начали вылетать 3D приложения.
