I have problems accessing fullscreen on an 2010 Imac running 10.6.8.

I did manage to take over dressen airport and mine by just having the OsX Ctrl-Mouse roll zoomed in but it was quite uncomfortable. However just a moment ago I launched the game from steam and it went fullscreen! I had to turn off programs running in the background so I pressed CMD+TAB and now I can’t get back to fullscreen (it’s greyed out from the JAFW6 menu) even if I quit and relaunch. Neat game though.

what did you do to make it run?

It was suggested in a «Can´t run it on Mac» topic, so I just followed the instructions (If you really want this game to work you have to boot your mac into safemode (Hold Command-R while restarting), then naviate to Utilities>Terminal on the top menu bar, then enter «csrutil disable» and press enter. restart the machine System Integrity Protection will be disabled.)

It works perfectly fine.
I also set the res tu full window mode in Wineskin, and it is just perfect. Absolutely love this game. I think this is my 6th or 7th copy (in different form and shape).

Verified. I successfully installed the GOG version of JA2 1.12 using Paul the Tall’s Porting Kit and it works fine on my Intel Iris card on a 2013 MacBook Pro (did NOT upgrade to Catalina just so I could play this game, but it sounds like that is resolved through the Porting Kit, now).

События сюжетной однопользовательской кампании происходят на территории вымышленного государства Арулько. Оно имеет достаток, как у стран третьего мира. В ходе государственного вооруженного переворота, законный наследник по имени Энрико Чивалдори вынужден скрываться и не заявлять о своих правах на трон из-за Дейдраны – новой королевы Арулько. Главный герой игры, создаваемый лично игроком – наёмник, который был приглашен служить Энрико для уничтожения нынешней незаконной власти с помощью боевых операций на территории врага. Игра партийная, из-за чего, в одиночку протагонист не справится. На протяжении всего прохождения, он будет нанимать отряды воинов для создания коллектива, способного противостоять силам королевы Дейдраны.

Все персонажи, участвующие в путешествии, отличаются между собой набором характеристик, необходимых для использования того или иного вида оружия, получения большего количества очков умений при прокачке уровня и так далее. Отношения в коллективе очень важны, ведь конфликты понижают мораль всей группы и снижают показатели урона, защиты и так далее. Всего, команда может насчитывать до 18 наёмников, но группа, отправляющаяся на задание, содержит только 6 человек.
