ISP camera device problem windows 10

Hello, i upgraded to Windows 10 yesterday, i have finally managed to install all drivers but camera does not work.

I installed «Intel AVStream Camera» and then rebooted my tablet. Sadly it still does not work, i tried to enable it in Settings-Privacy but i didn’t get any result. I also did all the updates and disabled and enabled the driver too.

Any idea about how to make it work?

Camera always says «Something went wrong Make sure your camera is connected and not being used by another app.»

This issue usually arises due to outdated drivers. You may try the following methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe)

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files. It will scan your system files and to repair missing or corrupted system files in Windows. To run the SFC scan, refer to the Microsoft article below.

Method 2: Update Drivers

Uninstall the existing driver completely and install the latest camera, chipset and graphic drivers for your PC.

If you are unable to find the drivers for Windows 10, you may try to install the drivers in compatibility mode with Windows 8.1.

Firstly download the driver from your computer’s manufacturer website and then install it.
