Доброе время суток. столкнулся с такой проблемой, что комп, а точнее windows 7 не видит принтер hp laserJet 1010, на семерку дров так и не нашел, на офф сайте hp их также нет. Комп принтер видит, но пишет: «Отсутствует драйвер для Generic IEEE 1284.4 printing support «
как выйти из этой ситуации?

Решение
1. Принтер включён и подключен к компьютеру.
Заходим:
Компьютер-Панель управления- Система- Диспетчер устройств.
Удаляем все имеющиеся принтеры (прав. кнопку на вложенном принтере-Удалить)
2.Принтер выключаем (ждём 10 сек) и после включаем.
Заходим:
Компьютер-Панель управления-Устройства и принтеры.
Установка принтера- Добавить локальный принтер- использовать существующий порт-(DOT4_001) он в
самом низу списка (предпоследний).Жмем далее.
Выбираем НР «LaserJet 1150». Жмем далее. Идёт установка нового принтера. Ждем 5 минут.
Распечатайте пробную страницу и выход.

p.s. Я распечатал подряд 16 листов и картинки через Offise и Windows просмотрщики картинок.
