Для AverTV 307 подходят драйвер и ПО от 709. Только что решил такую же проблему с помощью их поддержки. Все устанавливается и работает без глюков: http://www.avermedia.com/avertv/Prod. 1&tab=APDriver
на висте работает без глюков, а на семёрке пришлось попотеть, но то же работает проблема решена. спасибо всем за помощь
